WHY TRAVEL IS THE BEST THERAPY

Once again, it is a pleasure to welcome you back. This discussion revolves around an essential topic—why travel is the best therapy. In today’s computerized world, individuals face numerous issues such as competition, racism, and politics within their own circles. These challenges can lead to stress and self-doubt.

At one point, these concerns confined the mind, much like being locked up. But one day, the decision was made to open the door and explore the marvelous world created by nature. Stepping out of the four walls, taking a helmet and bike key, and embarking on a journey to the nearby beach—Marina Beach, the world’s second-largest beach—proved to be a therapeutic experience.

This simple ride taught valuable lessons. After parking the bike, a walk along the sands to the shore offered a tranquil escape. The mid-August weather, with its absence of hot sun and gentle drizzles, provided a cool and blissful atmosphere. Taking a deep breath, sitting on the shore, and soaking in the surroundings offered immense relaxation.

 During this reflective walk along the shore, poetic lines emerged, capturing the essence of the experience:

I walked on that sandy beach The sea is calling The waves engulfed me In that one moment I forgot myself!!! A man was born anew!!!

Travel provides happiness and heals stress. It allows individuals to find the inner joy that resides within. So, wander far and wide, and discover the happiness that lies in every journey.
